The Path

The daily path I take when I walk
is the most active path I have ever seen, I think the only time that it is not busy with walkers, bikers, skaters, runners is early in the morning or late in the night.
when you walk from beginning to the very end it totals two miles
I used to be able to walk it to and fro
and total 4 miles

Recently I have not been as faithful to it as I acquired a little injury to my foot

I love this path not because of the
great scenery or the sound the ducks make, it is just a path where while I am walking
or whatever I am able exercise and feel the breeze and get my thoughts together

there have been many times where I have gone out to this path and sat on one of the benches
and just prayed and even had a good cry

lately it has been the prayers it seems like many members of my family needs prayers and that
is the least I can do for them. to tell the truth I keep all members of my family in my prayers
and thoughts on a daily basis.

I know he listens and I know he
will provide what he sees is best
because I believe that he does not
give us more than we can handle.

I know that all will be answered, I hope that all who I am praying for
knows how much they mean to me
and that they are loved and that I
am truly blessed to have them in my
life.

so I guess this path is much more than
a place to walk, run, bike
it is one of many paths that lead me closer to him and to thank him for the
all the blessings he brings or has brought into my life.

That's a beautiful path. There is one near my parent's house that I walk occasionally. Whenever I go, I feel instantly connected to God and all the beauty he created there. I feel peaceful and centered. It's so good to have a place in nature that makes us feel so good.
