SEND FORTH

Send forth your light and your truth, let them guide me,
let them bring me to your holy mountain to the place where
you dwell.
psalm 43:3

I felt this appropriate as my daughter made the decision
to leave her Christian school and return to the public high school
why did she decide this? well, she said for the past few months she
has been feeling a calling in her heart from the Lord that she needed to evangelise
to teenagers her age, she felt that she could not make a difference
at her Christian school because her fellow students get it and she
wants to make a difference so she put her trust in the Lord and
asked for his Guidance and over the holiday break the good Lord
gave her the answer. she is answering his calling and returning
this semester(actually this Monday) back to the public high school and hoping to make a difference even if only in one students life.

I am so proud of her for many reasons, she worked hard to get into the
Christian school she was attending, it is 40 miles from where we live and we made the
sacrifice, and she made some good friends there. I know that this decision
was not made lightly but my gal never does anything with out seeing it through
granted she has friends here at the public high school and hopefully she will have a few
classes or lunch with some of them. but she is going back to a big campus

for the past year she has been used to small classes and even having a religion
class everyday, now she will be in bigger classes, crowded and not having religion
class on a daily basis, though she is nervous she is determined to answer the lord's calling
and see this through like she told me " she has to give it a try cause she does not want to
go through her life wondering what if" she also told me God has "her back" and if she is meant to return to another Christian school he will help her get there again.

I am in awe because she is so mature at her age when I was 15 I was not strong in my
convictions of faith the way she is. so watching my gal grow with this is just so breath taking
sometimes I cannot even express I just get all teary eyed with pride.

please keep my gal in your prayers while she makes this transition and
that she will make a difference in someone's life by teaching them to trust & believe in the Lord.

I am proud of her too! And you Aunt Deb, your little girl knows that she has her family behind her as well.

Will you still keep that job 40 miles away? What are you going to do?

I will keep my cousin in my prayers.

love to you both

Oh I am very proud of her.

I made a life changing decision at 15, and now I've been in ministry 46 years.

I will pray the Lord will guide her in just the path she need to take daily.
